Key Assets provides high quality community care for children and youth with complex needs who are committed to the Department for Community Based Services (DCBS). The program accepts referrals for youth ages 10 to 21 who currently live in any part of the state who have co-occurring diagnoses, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and other mental health diagnoses such as ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, or Anxiety Disorder.
Children in Community Care (CCC) Program is currently based in the following counties: Fayette, Jessamine, and Scott.
Key Assets Behavioral Health was created in response to a need for high quality outpatient behavioral health services, especially for Medicaid recipients. We are currently able to accept several insurance plans including Medicaid, Aetna, Anthem, Humana, Passport, WellCare, and Medicare. Private pay is also available.
Services are aimed at meeting the behavioral health needs of children and adults in Fayette County and our surrounding communities. Services are provided in a variety of community settings and in our office location in Lexington. A primary focus of service delivery is to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations for clients with co-occurring mental health diagnoses. We are committed to providing behavioral health services tailored to the strengths and needs of the individual.
