Key Assets Kentucky’s Advisory Board is asked to provide insight, feedback, and connection to the communities served by the organization.
The Board comprises nine members, including the KAK Leadership Team members and other stakeholders with deeply rooted mental health or community service backgrounds.

Tiffany Dail
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Treatment Director and member of the Leadership Team
• Approaches mental health treatment as an interdisciplinary process that provides clients with support they need to draw on their strengths
• Trained to provide a variety of assessments to assist in applying appropriate treatments
Crystal Fields
• Degreed Finance Professional
• Over 20 years of experience in Accounting & Operations Management
• Consultant Financial Systems & Reports for small businesses
• Interests: Volunteering, Hiking, Gardening, Outdoor Activities
• Married to Tom and Mother of two sons
Debbie Green
• Dynamic marketing and sales professional with over 22 years of experience in media sales, management and buying, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and calculating return on investment
• Graduate degree educated in communications with an emphasis in persuasion
• Volunteer leadership for many organizations, including Junior League of Lexington, Carnegie Center for Literacy, United Way, KET and Make-A-Wish Foundation
Jennifer Hall
• Holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Has served in three distinct areas to benefit the welfare of children, including public, private, and academia
• Nearly 30 years of experience as an advocate for children
• Leads a passionate team who work hard to assure individuals have opportunities to realize their full potential
• Married with three children and lives in Versailles, Kentucky
Steve Jacques
• Provides social services to children, families and communities in Sweden, Norway, Ireland and Finland
• Educated in social work, Steve has extensive experience in the design, delivery and oversight of children and family social services across international jurisdictions, including the United States
• Internationally recognized LBGT+ Role Model, with several notable distinctions and recognitions throughout the world
Carla Mack
• Passionate advocate for helping others and committed to making sure ALL youth become prosperous and productive citizens
• Educated in Social Work from the University of Kentucky
• Dedicated professional with over 22 years at Fayette County Public Schools, encouraging parental and community involvement to ensure the success of the children she serves
• Married and proud mother to three sons, two step-daughters, one step-son, and two step-grandchildren
Gary McKale
• President of Central Kentucky Hockey Association for 6 years
• Volunteer to many organizations over the years
• Proud Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres fan, despite decades of heartbreak
Lisa Robbins
• Oversees and manages the financial wellbeing of the company
• Degreed in Finance and Accounting
• Over 30 years of experience in management and public accounting
• Mother of five and grandmother of six
Chris Whitsell
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Served Kentucky communities for nearly 30 years in various clinical and administrative capacities
• Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2001
• Specializes in both clinical and administrative services for those experiencing behavioral health and intellectual developmental disabilities
• Husband to Christy, who also partners in the counseling business, and father of three
