Key Assets Kentucky’s Advisory Board is asked to provide insight, feedback, and connection to the communities served by the organization.

The Board includes Key Assets Kentucky Leadership Team members and other stakeholders with deeply rooted mental health or community service backgrounds.

Amy Cooper-Puckett


Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
• Provides individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults focusing on developing strengths to address life’s challenges
• Areas of focus include adoption, anxiety, developmental disabilities, depressive disorders, attention-related disorders, parenting and family challenges and relationship issues
• Serves clients in person in Frankfort and Georgetown. Virtual appointments are also available.
• Over 25 years working in children’s services, trained in a variety of treatment approaches and therapy types

Tiffany Dail


Clinical Director, Key Assets Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Treatment Director and member of the Leadership Team
• Approaches mental health treatment as an interdisciplinary process that provides clients with support they need to draw on their strengths
• Trained to provide a variety of assessments to assist in applying appropriate treatments

Debbie Green


Strategic Marketing Consultant, Bringing In The Green, LLC, Lexington, Kentucky
• Dynamic marketing and sales professional with over 22 years of experience in media sales, management and buying, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and calculating return on investment
• Graduate degree educated in communications with an emphasis in persuasion
• Volunteer leadership for many organizations, including Junior League of Lexington, Carnegie Center for Literacy, United Way, KET and Make-A-Wish Foundation

Jennifer Hall


Executive Director, Key Assets Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky
• Holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Has served in three distinct areas to benefit the welfare of children, including public, private, and academia
• Nearly 30 years of experience as an advocate for children
• Leads a passionate team who work hard to assure individuals have opportunities to realize their full potential
• Married with three children and lives in Versailles, Kentucky

Steve Jacques


Executive Chairperson, Odyssey Social Care & Children’s Services Lead, Broadlake.
• Provides social services to children and young people across the Republic of Ireland.
• Educated in social work, Steve has extensive experience in the design, delivery and oversight of children and family social services across international jurisdictions, including the United States
• Internationally recognized LBGT+ Role Model, with several notable distinctions and recognitions throughout the world
• Previous global Group CEO for Key Assets Group

Gary McKale

• President of Central Kentucky Hockey Association for 6 years
• Volunteer to many organizations over the years
• Proud Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres fan, despite decades of heartbreak

Lisa Robbins

• Oversees and manages the financial wellbeing of the company
• Degreed in Finance and Accounting
• Over 30 years of experience in management and public accounting
• Mother of five and grandmother of six

Chris Whitsell


Founder, Whitsell Counseling & Supervision LLC, Danville, Kentucky
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Served Kentucky communities for nearly 30 years in various clinical and administrative capacities
• Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2001
• Specializes in both clinical and administrative services for those experiencing behavioral health and intellectual developmental disabilities
• Husband to Christy, who also partners in the counseling business, and father of three

Jennifer Withrow


Manager, Program Policy and Support Branch, Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Frankfort, Kentucky
• Holds a Doctorate and Masters in Social Work and an undergraduate in Psychology
• Over 23 years of experience within state government systems in program development and oversight, strategic planning, and data analysis
• Volunteer with many organizations, boards, and task forces over the years
• Passionate about helping organizations enhance programming and support to communities
• Interests are in photography and cheering on two sons in many school, music, and athletic activities
