Health
- Comprehensive health benefits, including:

- Insurance coverage is available for all employees working 30 or more hours a week
- Coverage begins on the first of the month following 30 days after eligibility

Financial
- Employee Retirement Plan is available to employees after completing one year of service
- Participants must be 21 years of age
- Employees must have worked 1,000 hours during the year of service and may join on Jan 1 or July 1
- Employer will match 60% of employee deferral up to 5% of pay
Time Off
- Paid vacation and sick time accrues from start day for full-time hourly and salaried staff working 40+ hours per week
- After 3 years, 3 weeks of paid vacation is offered per year
- Full-time employees will receive paid holidays, and hourly employees required to work holidays will receive time and a half for hours worked
- If a full-time employee wishes to volunteer for a charity for 8 hours, one workday a year, they will be compensated
- One week (5 days) of sick time is available for all full-time employees per year to use if the employee or a family member is sick or for a physician appointment
- Six weeks of paid leave for a primary caregiver is offered in the event of the birth of a child (qualified full-time and after one year of continuous employment)
- One week of paid leave is offered for a non-primary parent for salaried employees or unpaid leave for hourly employees
