Human Resource Training Coordinator

The overall purpose of this job is to provide support with all aspects of CCC Training and provide assistance with other duties within the CCC program as deemed necessary.

Essential Functions:

Training Support

  • Coordinate Scheduling of Trainings for NEO on a yearly & monthly basis.
  • Track Training Records of Employees
  • Routinely Audit Training Records on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with OIG & company policies.
  • Prepare materials for Trainings and events hosted by Key Assets
  • Prepare devices and communicate with IT regarding set-up for new employees.
  • Prepare badges for new employees.
  • Actively document and maintain IT / Device Log for all KAK equipment.

Training Preceptor – NEO II

  • Assist employees on an on-going basis with system logins/troubleshooting.
  • Serve as Training Preceptor to all new employees.
    • Show employees how to clock in, log in to Kaleidacare, DDM, and Relias.
  • Deliver Trainings as Assigned
    • NEO II

Administrative Duties

  • Assist in the interview process for YCW staff as needed with HR Director.
  • Participate in Recruitment events as assistance is needed with HR Director.
  • Serve as Safety Officer for KAK in relation to the Health & Safety Team.
  • Serve as an HR support with employees to direct them in the appropriate direction based on questions received.
  • Assist Office Manager & Assistant in welcoming clients/employees and directing calls when both Office Manager and Assistant are absent.

  • Attend training and development deemed necessary for this position.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety is observed in the course of employment.
  • Ensure compliance with Equal Opportunities Policy and Procedure in all employment.
  • May be required to assume other duties as may be requested by the HR Manager that is commensurate with their level of responsibility and skills.
  • Comply with all Key Assets policies and procedures.
  • Run safety drills for office(s)
  • Purchase/Inventory items for trainings/events.

Qualifications:

  • Must Be 21 Years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 or more years HR experience
  • 1 or more years training experience
  • Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint, teams.
  • Prefer some experience in IT and Relias
