What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all medical and health-related services for youth in residential care
  • Supervise and support the Nurse Aide and Certified Medical Assistant
  • Schedule, track, and follow up on medical appointments and care plans
  • Ensure medication compliance and documentation meet regulatory standards
  • Conduct monthly wellness checks and ensure continuity of care
  • Serve as a liaison with providers and train staff in CPR/First Aid and medication procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN or LPN license in Kentucky (required), BSN Preferred
  • At least 5 years of nursing experience; youth or behavioral health preferred
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple homes and lead a small team
