At Key Assets Kentucky, we believe in listening – both to the individuals and families we serve and the community partners who work alongside us. That’s why we conduct regular surveys on behalf of our Behavioral Health department to understand where we’re making the most significant impact and where we can continue to grow.
This year, our client survey (8 questions, with 5.0 being a perfect score) averaged 4.71, showing strong satisfaction from the children, youth, and families we support. Our community survey (6 questions) came in at 4.70, an improvement over 2024. This is especially meaningful since community partners – such as schools and other referral sources – play such a vital role in connecting families to our services.
While the numbers speak for themselves, the most powerful feedback comes directly from the voices of our clients. Recently, families shared what Key Assets Kentucky has meant in their lives, and their words remind us why this work matters so deeply.
