Clinical Billing Supervisor

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and their families
  • Collaborate with schools, DCBS, and other providers to ensure coordinated care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and psychosocial assessments
  • Maintain clinical documentation to meet medical necessity and licensing standards
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and on-call rotation for crisis support

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
  • Active CSW, LPCA, LCSW, LPCC licensure in Kentucky (or eligible)
  • Experience working with youth and families, ideally in-home or community-based
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based care
