What Youāll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and their families
- Collaborate with schools, DCBS, and other providers to ensure coordinated care
- Develop and implement treatment plans and psychosocial assessments
- Maintain clinical documentation to meet medical necessity and licensing standards
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and on-call rotation for crisis support
What Weāre Looking For
- Masterās degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
- Active CSW, LPCA, LCSW, LPCC licensure in Kentucky (or eligible)
- Experience working with youth and families, ideally in-home or community-based
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based care
