Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

What You’ll Do

  • Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans
  • Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support in the home, school, or community
  • Track progress and record detailed behavioral data for supervisor review
  • Work under the guidance of a BCBA to ensure quality care
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support behavior goals and skills development

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be a certified RBT or able to complete RBT training and certification within 30 days of hire
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
  • Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in various settings
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • 21 years of age or older
