What Youāll Do
- Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support in the home, school, or community
- Track progress and record detailed behavioral data for supervisor review
- Work under the guidance of a BCBA to ensure quality care
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support behavior goals and skills development
What Weāre Looking For
- Must be a certified RBT or able to complete RBT training and certification within 30 days of hire
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in various settings
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- 21 years of age or older
