Steve Jacques

Jennifer Withrow

- Holds a Doctorate and Masters in Social Work and an undergraduate in Psychology
- Over 23 years of experience within state government systems in program development and oversight, strategic planning, and data analysis
- Volunteer with many organizations, boards, and task forces over the years
- Passionate about helping organizations enhance programming and support to communities
- Interests are in photography and cheering on two sons in many school, music, and athletic activities
