What Youāll Do
- Work one-on-one with youth to develop daily living, social, and emotional regulation skills
- Collaborate with the therapist and treatment team to reinforce clinical goals
- Provide support during school transitions, home routines, and community activities
- Accurately document service delivery in compliance with Medicaid and licensing standards
- Maintain a flexible schedule based on client needs, including afternoons and some weekends
What Weāre Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience working with youth or families
- Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently in the community
