What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical recommendations to the treatment team, collaborating with Facility Coordinators to monitor residential group home staff
  • Serve as the primary therapist for assigned youth in care
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy weekly, using evidence-based methods
  • Complete treatment plans, assessments, and documentation within required timelines
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, crisis response rotation, and ongoing staff support
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and programmatic standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in social work or related field
  • Active CSW license in Kentucky (or eligible)
  • Experience working with youth and families preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
  • Flexibility, dependability, and a heart for trauma-informed care
